Adam S. Moskowitz
Adam S. Moskowitz is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ASM Capital which he founded in 1999. He has considerable experience as an analyst in both the equity and fixed income markets. Before forming ASM Capital, Mr. Moskowitz worked as an investment manager at a private investment fund and principal investor in distressed situations where he was responsible for the evaluation and purchasing of distressed debt, primarily of companies engaged in bankruptcy proceedings and/or liquidation.
Prior to that, Mr. Moskowitz was a Managing Director at BDS Securities, a firm specializing in the research and trading of distressed securities, where he analyzed the securities and obligations of financially troubled companies, including companies engaged in bankruptcy proceedings, exchange offers, workouts, financial reorganizations and special situations.
Mr. Moskowitz holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
